WEBINAR: The CCP’s Death Camps Exposed
Hacked Chinese police data has exposed the brutality of Communist China’s death camps in Xinjiang where between 1-3 million Uyghurs, Kazahks, and others are being held against their will.
“Taken as a whole, the leak represents perhaps the largest and single-most revealing glimpse into a system of repression that the Chinese government tried to hide from the world, then lied about when challenged,” reported The Daily Mail with its May 24 story, “The truth about China's Uyghur camps Beijing is trying to hide: Hacked data reveals thousands of prisoners forced to undergo 're-education'… with a shoot-to-kill policy for anyone who tries to flee.”
News of the data leak broke as the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner Michelle Bachelet began a fact-finding trip to Xinjiang.
Communist China defends the incarceration of Uyghurs and other ethnic groups in Xinjiang (a.k.a. East Turkestan) claiming their “voluntary re-education centers” are needed to defend against radicalization and terrorism.
After months verifying the data, the BBC published its report with photos of some of the thousands contained in the data provided to them by Dr. Adrian Zenz of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation—including that of a 15-year-old girl and an elderly woman aged 73.
“Such revelations should bring to a screeching halt efforts to get U.S. military personnel and other government employees to invest their retirement savings in Communist Chinese companies,” said Frank Gaffney, vice chair of the Committee on the Present Danger: China (CPDC). But, Wall Street financiers and the Federal Retirement Thrift Savings Board (FRTIB) are pressing forward with plans to include CCP-controlled companies, many of them tied to the PLA and sanctioned by the United States for their role in building China’s death camps, in this month’s Mutual Funds offerings by FRTIB.
“The Captive Nations Coalition of the Committee on Present Danger: China stand with the people of East Turkistan and reassert its support for its freedom from the totalitarian grip of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),” said Se Hoon Kim, director of the Captive Nations Coalition of the CPDC.
