In this video, I will guide you through a shorter version of Progressive Muscle Relaxation. This relaxation meditation is designed for you to begin to focus on where you hold tension, and consciously relaxing individual areas of tension while using a deep breathing technique to increase the mind-muscle connection.

The 6hz binaural meditation music aids in moving the mind to become more aware of the changes in the body. This meditation music encourages Theta activity within the brain to encourage a state of alertness, attention, orientation, and working memory to enhance cognitive and perceptual performance.
