The more supplements...the better?
That definitely isn't always the case.
I do a Q&A session every single week with my clients. I want people to have direct access to me for all their concerns, and I love these sessions, too.

Because so many people are taking tons and tons of them, thinking that the more they take, the healthier they'll be.
I've got news for you: not all supplements are created equal. And most people are just peeing out what they're taking, making it a huge waste of money to but all these products.
