15 Minute After a Walk Workout

This workout is designed to be done after a walk. Work your arms, hips and Abs, end with a great stretch on your legs. When you walk, you throw your body out of alignment. And just walking is really not enough for your fitness, you NEED strength and to realign your body. A walk and this workout, is perfect.
