Efficient total body toning with dumbbells. Need to work harder? Grab heavier weights or do the video a second or third time! Lower and upper body strength exercises are demonstrated at the same time, but you could choose to do only the upper or lower body exercises if you like. Do both at the same time, and you'll get your heart rate up too!!
