Psoas Stretches For Lower Back And Hip Tightness

So many things cause the psoas to lock up. Sitting and running are usually the two main culprits of this but for opposite reasons. Psoas tightness can cause lower back discomfort. Often time people think this is just back problems when in reality it involves the entire hip complex. Try these stretches 3-7 times a week and let me know if it helps.
