Ukrainians denied humanitarian aid... because they speak Russian

Video allegedly shows Ukrainian refugees arriving from the war-torn eastern part of the country being denied humanitarian aid from the UN simply because of the language they speak - Russian. Neither the United Nations, nor Kiev has commented on the disturbing footage.
