Instant Pot Chicken Stew

Instant Pot Chicken Stew (Instant Pot) FABULOUSLY EASY!!!! FABULOUSLY DELICIOUS!! SO EASY TO MAKE!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely love this stew, it warms your soul. It is something different to make in the Instant Pot. You can make it on those cold winter nights, when you just can't get warm, or maybe after a long day out skiing, it will warm you right up. A beautiful Italian roll with butter, doesn't get better then this
8 Skinless & Boneless Thighs
4 Cups Button Mushrooms
1 Can (14.5) Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup Sliced Carrots
1 Large Diced Potato
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup fresh green beans
1 Cup Pitted Ripe Olives (halved)
2 Cups Chicken Broth ( I added a extra Cup, Making 3 Cups) Interchanges (1/2 Cup Wine, Beef Broth)
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning (Substitute 3/4 Tsp Thyme & 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning)
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
