Al-Aqsa compound stormed ahead of Flag March

Clashes erupted as scores of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound before the Flag March through East Jerusalem’s Muslim quarters as part of Jerusalem Day. The police dispersed the protesting worshippers as dozens of settlers entered the holy site in groups ahead of the march, set to take place in Muslim areas in the Old City of Jerusalem.
