Make pillowy and crusty sourdough-flavored bread without using a starter! This recipe uses whey, a byproduct of Greek yogurt that I made. If you don't have whey, you can certainly use loose yogurt thinned with a bit of milk (to equal the 1 1/2 cup of whey), heated to the right temperature.
