Crowds attend the opening of London's Elizabeth Line

Hundreds of people queued in the rain early on Tuesday (24 May) to be among the first to ride London’s new Elizabeth Line - the long-delayed and over-budget service which connects East and West London via the Essex countryside and Heathrow Airport.
