Funnel cake fries

If you love funnel cake, funnel cake fries are easy to make right at home! To make funnel cake fries you will need:

1c buttermilk complete mix(just add water)
1tbs granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla sugar
1/2c water
Powdered sugar for dusting
Oil

Directions: In a large bowl add 1c buttermilk complete pancake mix. Next add 1tbs granulated sugar, 1tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2c water. Mix together well. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. I heated my oil while I made the funnel cake batter. Drop into pan using measuring spoon swirling to make fries. You can put the batter in a ziploc bag, cut the end off one corner, and squeeze into pan, or you can put the batter into a squeeze bottle and squeeze into pan. I opted to use the measuring spoon since some people may not have ziploc bags or squeeze bottles. When fries start to puff and edges are dry and bubbly flip over. Cook about 1 min on each side. Remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar on top while warm. Enjoy!
