I am sharing a candid interview I had with Dr. Michelle Peris on The Chemistry of Health in Stressful Times.  We’ve all been through a 2-year period of stressful adjustments during the pandemic.  In this interview, I share how I handled my mental, emotional and physical stress during a period that forced me to change my career trajectory.  
 
Here’s how Dr. Peris describes the interview:
 
Dr. Mills tells you a beautiful story of how your breath can be used to influence your body chemistry and how your thoughts, appreciation and gratitude work to shift your mindset. The process requires that you shift your nervous system to allow your body to heal by decreasing your cortisol levels which can decrease your inflammation. She provides tools which will enable this shift to happen and allow the body to become more aligned with your health goals. 
 
She also discusses the power that the placebo effect has on the process of healing and how we can take those principles of mindset into the rest of our lives, choosing the vibration/energy with which we show up on a daily basis. We learn in this podcast through Dr. Mills’ level of genius and through her learned experience, how we can take these opportunities and challenges, to rise to the occasion, for the evolution of humanity.
