A Gentle 20 minute yoga sequence with all standing poses. These poses target the full body. There is one reading from the book Go In and In by Danna Faulds, read by Olga Darling. Enjoy!

This sequence does not include Savasana, so be sure to close your practice with at least a 2 minute Savasana pose (Supine with a bolster under your knees. Be sure the heels touch the floor).
