Hello everyone 👋🏻!

This week I melted some aluminum pieces I found.
I tried to sandcast a nice big ingot but I couldn’t figure it out😔. So I ended up with an open sandcast, it did the job too😏.

I made a coin with the channel logo from wood, it’s not 100% perfect but I’ll make an other one. Why? To see the progression I’m making😉. I think it’s cool when you can make your own mold out of wood instead working with an 3D printer😉 (but I’m definitely get a 3D printer someday😁, i have some ideas for molds that i can’t make out of wood,
I’ll keep you updated!😉)

With that being said, that’s why the aluminum coin isn’t “perfect”. I still love it though 😏.
