How To Tar & Seal Metal Roof

Normally, we would recommend you put a new roof on instead of doing this. But the owners of this rental property don't want to spend that much.

We are cleaning up, then tarring, and then applying an elastomeric coating to the roof. This should hold for a few years. It needs to be checked and resealed at least with tar about every couple of years.
