Retired US Army Commander Bob Dean:

A military study concluded that benevolent, human-looking extraterrestrials, with powers far beyond humans, are with us now.

He believed they're our "family" and we'll meet them soon.

He's talking about Pleiadians and Galactic Federation.

The ETs do not like it when we call them "aliens." They consider it derogatory and rude because we share the same DNA as them. They are the ones that donated their DNA to create us. Just an FYI.
