Trying new recipes here at the Redfoot Family Homestead... And they are so good!

Ingredients:
12 Red Potatoes or 6 Russet Potatoes
1 Green Onion
1/3 Cup Sour Cream

Small Bag of Carrot Matchsticks
1 Green Onion
1 Apple
3 and a Half teaspoons of White Wine Vinegar

4 Pork Steaks (Cook at 450 Degrees)
6 Tablespoons of Paprika for rub
6 Tablespoons of Cinnamon for rub
Olive Oil
Salt & Peppers

2 Tablespoons Paprika for Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon for Sauce
Half Cup of Preserves (you can use, Orange/Cherry/Raspberry)
