Walk on the beach and a breath of salt air!

Challenge - join me in getting outside for 15-30 minutes a day, soaking up the sun and if you live near the ocean, breathing in some healthy salt air! We could do it for the month of May but why stop there. I’m committing to incorporating this into my daily routine for as long as I am able. Won’t you join me? Let me know in the comments.
