INGREDIENTS :

150 grams cooked bacon bits
200 grams cream cheese
1cup grated red & white cheddar
5/8 cup mayonnaise
26 grams blanched almonds
10 grams thinly sliced scallions
1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a mixing bowl add 200 grams cream cheese, 5/8 cup mayonnaise & mix together
.add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix together
.add 1 cup grated red & white cheddar, 26 grams blanched almonds
.add 150 grams cooked bacon bits & mix together
.top with cheese, 10 grams thinly sliced scallions, black pepper & serve with crackers
