HCGJA Settlement Covenant Proclamation Ceremony

On April 28th, 2022, We THE People of The Big Island declared that the meets and bounds of this dry land of Hawaii County belongs to We THE People! No more maritime law. No more de facto government.

Why did We THE People of the Big Island do this?

Because the United States exists in two forms.

1.) The original United States, a collection of sovereign Republics, in operation until 1860...

and
2.) the one that usurped it... a separate and different, corporate UNITED STATES formed in 1871 which only controls the District of Columbia and it's territories. This UNITED STATES CORPORATION acts as our current government. It operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. The De Jure Government offices of our original Republic still exist but We THE People have failed to occupy them.

By settling our county, We THE People reclaim our sovereignty and take the first step to occupy those De Jure Government offices.
