US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin says he will move heaven and earth to assist Ukraine. At the same time the EU’s foreign policy chief exclaims relations with Russia should be rebuilt. Talk about a united messaging problem! This is akin to saying ‘to save Ukraine, the west must destroy it.’
