They want your pistol....The latest ATF Pistol Brace Insanity!

Once again the BAFTE has proposed arbitrary criteria in an effort to severely restrict 2nd amendment rights. The Agency has become obsessed with "braced pistols".

The Factoring Criteria for Firearms with Attached "Stabilizing Braces", https://www.regulations.gov/document/ATF-2021-0002-0001 is all about giving the ATF more power as it attempts to push braced pistols under the NFA. Essentially they want to tax law abiding citizens and set up a scheme for registration of handguns, they define as something other than handguns.
