Wanna learn how to do ring muscle up WITHOUT kipping?

If you’re strong enough to do ring pull up and ring dips you can muscle up.

Good news is, it’s all in the technique.

Transitioning from a pull up to a dip is the trickiest part of the movement so I’ll show you what you need to do.

Step 1 - Use a false grip

Step 2 - Pull rings to your ribcage lower than shoulder level

Step 3 - At the top of the movement lean forward so you land into a dip position

Step 4 - Push up to complete the dip

Step 5 - Reverse the movement under control

Now practice.
