I decided to try a new camera angle for the deadlifts. What do you think? I am on the fence on whether to try this one for a bit, or just go back to the setup I was using, before. Anyways,despite not feeling at my best today, I managed to hit a rep PR! Holy HELL that last rep was a grinder. I don't think I had much left in me, after that. Hopefully it won't effect me too much with the rest of my training week. We shall see. Good day, today! 🤟🏻
