Man Card Attempt - Success or Failure? One thing I know for sure though

The man card drill is the best drill to improve your reaction times. Have you tried the man card drill?

Couple things:
1) This is the furthest I've made it
2) I need to adjust my sling better
3) I'm getting better but
4) There's room for improvement
