Chicago Mayor, Lori Lightfoot, Pressed on Re-Election; Macy's Leaves Chicago Area

When questioned how Mayor Lightfoot could even think about running again after all the damaged caused throughout Chicago during her run, Lightfoot goes on the defense (as usual) and gives no real answer as to why crime has been exploding in Chicago under her leadership. Because of this issue, hundreds of retailers have since left Chicago. The latest; corporate giant Macy's plans to pull its stores from the Windy City due to increased looting in its stores and slow police reaction time (due to lack of staff). It can be argued that Chicago may be on the brink of total economic collapse.
