Relaxing sounds of nature can heal many disorders and illnesses, especially those caused by the stress of modern society. All we have to do is just listen to these healing sounds of nature regularly. Forest sounds, birdsong and waterfall sounds are ideal to enhance and accompany a relaxation, meditation or mindfulness program.
