Referred a emergency by boat to hospital nearby with rough sea condition. Big swell, waves and wind. Patient with myocardial infarction but stable, need an urgent handling by hospital. Rescuing life in a harsh situation. Luckily team of expert boatmen sailing for about 1 and a half hour through a strong wind and harsh wave. Patient safely arrived to hospital in stable condition.
