I was not feeling in to it, and not all that strong today. However, I resolved with myself that I am being nothing but a COWARD, and it was time to put up, or shut up. So I quickly chugged some coffee, blasted a fitting tune, and GOT TO WORK. This was an all out set here, as I said I definitely was not at my strongest. My previous best at this weight was 10 reps, but I did not feel like settling for hitting what I did, and GRINDED ONE MORE out. On a better day, this would have been much easier, I think. However, this is a WIN, and a REMINDER that I can still make progress when I am not feeling at my best. Your mind is half the battle. STOP DOUBTING YOURSELF, AND GET AFTER IT! 🤟🏻
