The Runwe adjustable weight bench is a heavy duty bench with a weight capacity of 1100 lbs.

It has a thick 3" x 1.5" frame that makes it very stable.

With a back pad thickness of 2", it makes it very comfortable and supportive to workout.

The back rest is 34" in length.

From the floor to the top of the pad, it is 17" in height.

There are 9 levels of adjustments on the Runwe bench.

The back pad has 6 adjustments (1 flat, 5 incline, no decline)

The seat has 3 adjustments (1 flat, 2 incline)
