During the growing season, our gardens need about 1" of water, per week - now, when comparing your average rainfall to your growing season, it may well be that you get plenty enough water - just not at the right TIME. SO ..
Measures must be taken to hold on to that water so that it will be available to your plants when it is needed - and there are many different strategies to do just that. Today, we will demonstrate yet one more strategy for capturing rainfall and holding it IN the soil, and we will do so using what would otherwise be wasted space: Your walkways!
