West Blames Russia for Using Missile Only Ukraine Has

A missile attack on a railway station in eastern Ukraine involving a Tochka-U missile used primarily by Ukraine has been blamed squarely on Russia instead. The West admits it is waging an information war to compensate for Ukraine’s military weakness - and combined with the fact that Russia incriminating itself in such an attack which serves no tactical or strategic purpose - casts further doubts on Western accusations that it was Russia.
