I spoke in the public comment part instead of speaking (for or against the motion) when the Elections Administrator was going to talk about a recent recount. So after I speak about the machines not being certified, Frank will address that. Then he will come back and talk about the recount. The important part to watch is what the commissioners court has to say after Frank talks about the recount -- then they speak to my comments at the beginning.
