Election related topics before the commie court this morning.

We testified to committees from the beginning of the week through the cutoff Thursday night, and did not quite get our priorities included. So we went to the floor on the final day and made a couple of amendments. I edited this to remove most of the motions that were not related to election integrity, and also removed a lunch break. GOP Precinct Chairs again speak against the county plan to purchase $620K of more voting hardware (printers) and software (for poll pads).

Denton County Republican Party Precinct Chairs speak against the commissioners voting to spend over 619K on additional voting machines.

I show the precinct chairs and other attendees the basics of the voting machines not being certified, asking them to follow along on their phones to see the accreditation certificates for SLI Compliance for themselves. I spoke in the public comment part instead of speaking (for or against the motion) when the Elections Administrator was going to talk about a recent recount. So after I speak about the machines not being certified, Frank will address that. Then he will come back and talk about the recount. The important part to watch is what the commissioners court has to say after Frank talks about the recount -- then they speak to my comments at the beginning.

We passed a resolution in the Denton County Republican Party Executive Committee to request the county switch to hand-marked, hand counted paper ballots. (March 17, 2022)

The Denton County Republican Party passed a resolution asking the county commissioners to remove the voting machines, among other things.

I let the County Commissioners Court know the voting machines are still not certified.
