This entire series was filmed during late summer of 2010.Many of the personalities still can be found but many others have moved on. This series will tell you of history, it will show attractions, it will make you laugh and cry. This is the Mother Road. Follow us as we reveal American's main street. In this episode of the Route 66 Adventure continues in Carthage, Wendy Douglas brought us to The Stoney Throw River Theater (closed) and the 66 Drive-in Theater (closed). From there we filmed the mock town of Red oak Missoura. Then we filmed the Rand and Pryor Totum Pole where a local gave some history. On the way to Web City we filmed some landmarks and attractions in Carterville. When we arrived in Web City we were greeted by Chuck Surface at the Bradbury Bishop Deli.
