Will the stock market continue to fall? Will there be a correction, one of which we have not seen for over a year haha. There are 3 charts I am watching closely to determine if this sell off has legs. The dollar, Bonds, & the vix. Two of those would let me know there is a larger flight to safety, and the VIX would let me know if there is real fear coming into play.

The retail crowd has been taking every opportunity they have to buy the dip. What happens if they stop buying call options on the mega cap stocks and start loading up on VXX or UVXY calls? Everyone is bulled up and rightfully so, the SP500 has been making new highs almost every week. However the stock market has been quite broken because the underlying stocks in the sp500 have been in a stealth bear market. Be safe out there folks!
