We know that you love excitement there on Earth, and you like news that is compelling and gets your blood pumping, but you often take your attention off of what really matters when you are looking at the sensationalized news story. You have of course, there in the United States, a presidential election coming up, and you have two assassination attempts now on one of the candidates. And certainly there has been a lot of speculation about those assassination attempts, and there will be plenty of people out there who will want to talk about them, and there will be just as many people out there who have an opinion about them. And the average person who is putting their attention on this type of eye-grabbing news story is not paying attention to how they feel as they give those assassination attempts their attention. And so, that is the most important piece of any news that comes across your awareness. You must ask yourself how you feel in relationship to it, and if you are feeling something about it, know that the feeling is about you and not the quote/unquote ‘state of the world.’ You have some relationship to that candidate, or gun laws, or violence, or people being polarized, and when you get triggered and you have those emotional responses, you need to take care of yourself first. You don’t need to get to the bottom of the story itself, and you don’t need to know what anyone else thinks about it, what their theories are and so on. You simply need to get back to the place where you are being a person who exudes unconditional love, and as quickly as possible, because if you are not doing that, then you are letting these news stories drag you down. And in this day and age, you don’t even have to watch the mainstream news in order to get this type of information, and you certainly are going to see a lot said and written about the assassination attempts, but how does it relate to you and the world you want to create? How does it relate to you and how you feel about guns, about the candidate, about the election, about the future of the world, and the United States in particular? Deal with that first, because you are the most powerful force in your universe. You are the one who can change everything by changing you, and you don’t have to feel disempowered by anything that is happening out there in the world. But everything is there because it needs to be there in order to help you and everyone else grow in the ways you still need to grow. And therefore, we advise you to take care of yourselves, get on with your lives and send love to everyone who was involved in these shootings, and everyone who is getting riled up by these news stories. Send love to everyone who is arguing about them right now and everyone who is in a pit of despair because of what these circumstances and events in your world mean. You have the power to change your world for the better, and you do want to live in a world where no one is shooting at anyone else. That is the ultimate goal here. You want to live in a world where everyone is loving everyone else unconditionally. And you may think that you are getting further and further from that world, but everything that ever happens is happening to get you closer to living in and on that world. So relax, take a deep breath and know that all will be well. All is well, and it will get better, and it will get better because of you. We are The Creators, and we love you very much.”

This is the time to triumphantly announce who you are to the universe in all the ways that you can do so. You, as a unique aspect of Source Energy, have made a commitment to be yourself, to let loose on this reality all that you are, and you can feel when you are holding yourself back. When you want to tell that person that you love them, but you don’t, you can feel yourself shrinking. When you want to express yourself and give your perspective on something, but you don’t, you can feel yourself diminishing your point of view. And when you feel that, you feel less important, less significant. Now, you could never be less important to Source, but you can feel that way about yourself to yourself, and in this transmission we are not talking about ego. We are not talking about making yourself seem more important, or smarter, or better than anyone else. What we are talking about is your full acceptance of yourself, and that includes your perspectives and the love that you are. You see, you are all meant to be uniquely you and not to hide yourselves or who and what you are. You can feel that desire bubbling up within you to give more to the universe, and when you hold yourself back from doing so, it is usually because you have a lot of very good reasons. Those reasons might be also labeled limiting beliefs or even negative thoughts. It is time to release those so you can triumphantly announce to this universe who and what you really are. You do this in your poems, your artwork, your books, the clothing you design. You even do it in the way that you speak when you are speaking to another. You have the ability to announce with joy to the rest of humanity that you are here, you are ready, and you are an aspect of Source Energy. Now, if you think that your purpose is to figure out something, or do something, then you are mistaken because you are there to be yourself unapologetically. When you are yourself, and you love yourself, and you forgive yourself when you are not being the best version of yourself that you can be, you are putting yourself in the right place at the right time to have the right experiences with the right people, and you are bringing humanity to a higher-vibrational state. This ascension of human consciousness is happening one moment at a time, one thought at a time, one expression of self at a time. When you diminish yourselves, it is like saying, ‘Source shouldn’t have created me as I am.’ And so, self-acceptance is the first step to self-love, and self-love is a step towards knowing yourself as a Source Energy Being. So don’t let your ego or your mind convince you that you are not enough, that you shouldn’t be you, and that you should hide from the reality you are creating. Give this universe all of yourself and know that you will be accepted by those around you when you accept yourself. You may even find that you inspire others and that others want to know how you became such a self-loving being. When you tell them, you will also be up-leveling the consciousness of the human collective, of which you are a part, and therefore this work is as powerful as any work that you could be doing at this time to help humanity. Help humanity by helping yourself become the fullest expression of who and what you really are, and know that others around you want you to be this even if they don’t know it right now. They want to be given permission to be who they really are and express that truth, and you are a wayshower, a lightworker, a changemaker, but most importantly you are you. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. We endeavor to awaken within you more of the knowledge and the wisdom that lies dormant within you. You do not only access wisdom and knowledge through learning from books, videos, and other people. You access all that you need by recognizing that it is within you and then seeking it out. When you are being given a high-frequency energy transmission, such as this one, you are more likely to access what has been buried deep down inside of you. And you may even attribute that new knowledge or wisdom to us, but we deserve not one iota of credit for it. It is within you, and it is you, and we are the facilitators. We are the ones who inspire, but we also want you to recognize yourselves as the ones who contain everything that you need inside of you. So what do you need to know then? You need to know who you really are, and you need to know that everything is within you. You sometimes feel lost in this world, in this sea of possibilities. You sometimes feel confused about what you are to do next, what direction to take in your lives. Our recommendation is that when you are at one of those crossroads, you simply close your eyes, relax, breathe and wait. The waiting is the hardest part, because in the waiting, doubt can creep in. When doubt creeps in, it is like going back to the belief that says that you don’t have all the answers inside of you, and maybe you should consult someone else, maybe you need to ask another human being for their opinion on your life. But that can ultimately confuse your mind, and what you want is less confusion. That is why it’s so important to shut off your mind for a while and let yourself receive the wisdom and the knowledge, the intuitive hit that you are getting from within. Let it rise to the surface. If nothing happens, and you’ve sat for fifteen, thirty, or even forty-five minutes, do not despair. Do not then assume that you just wasted your time. You did not waste your time. You meditated, and you affirmed your belief in yourself and in what is contained within you. You don’t need to pretend that your physical, logical mind has all the answers all the time, and you also do not need to despair that you don’t know anything. Instead, find the happy medium, and recognize that you will know what you need to know when you need to know it. You don’t need information that you don’t need. And so, relaxing and trusting, having patience and faith become a big part of this journey for all of you at one time or another. And the patient one knows that what they need will rise up to the surface. It is a show of faith. It is a belief in the self, the true self, the whole self, and you do not need to go back into doubt as though doubt has all the answers. Remember that the next time you start to feel yourself sliding back into that idea that the answers must be obtained by going to some source outside of you. Listen to your hearts and your feelings. Determine for yourselves whether something resonates with you, the real you. And trust that what you haven’t unlocked yet within you will be unlocked, and it will most likely be because you did nothing but focus on something that is putting you in a higher-vibrational state. You have surpassed so many of the expectations for where humanity would be at this time in your evolutionary process. Now, you do receive help from those of us who are observing you, but it is what you do with that help that is so impressive. You have moved beyond the need to be seen as better than anyone else to such an extent that you are embracing that truth that everyone is equally a Source Energy Being. Now, of course, we are referring to those of you who are among The Awakened Collective. But we also want you to recognize that when you see your fellow humans as Source Energy Beings, and you hold them in that space of being equal to you, that then becomes a message that is sent out to the entirety of the human collective consciousness. You are affecting all in your willingness to hold another in the light of the truth of who they really are. When you receive help from beings and collectives such as ourselves, that help is not primarily to get you more of what you want as an individual, but rather it is the help that you need in order to elevate the consciousness of the collective of which you are a part. You are also included in that collective, however, and so all that you do for humanity you are also doing for yourselves. You are not there to be martyrs, to be selfless. But you are there to include others in your sense of self. You are there to expand your ideas about who and what you really are. And as you expand that concept of self out, and you include others in it, you then begin to think, speak and act with the collective in mind, instead of just thinking that you will get yours, and they can all scrounge and scrape around at the leftovers. Now, that was the prevailing viewpoint that many humans took for quite some time there on Earth, because it was a place where survival wasn’t guaranteed. Now that you are living in a modern society, many are still seeking to live their best lives, but have for a long time not thought about the possibility of not surviving because of a harsh winter or a food shortage. Now, of course, fears have come up in the past several years about food shortages and whether there would be enough energy to power your devices in the winter months, but those fears came up to show you what you were moving past, what you were moving beyond. And so of course those types of reports had to come out. You had to face those fears one last time, and now you have moved beyond your survival instinct, and you can thrive and you can encourage others to thrive in your thriving while also helping them with what they really need, which is to know who they really are and that they really can create what they want and what they need. We see more and more of you in the new age community doing this, and we see and feel the impact that you are having on the rest of humanity. And we want to compliment you on that and let you know that you will continue to make those very big, very positive strides forward as you move into the final months of 2024, and you have every right to be excited about 2025 and what is to come because of you and what you are doing and the perspectives you are holding as The Awakened Collective. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very pleased to be back here with you again and to offer you our energy and our teachings. We love to see so many of you reaching beyond yourselves, reaching beyond your egos, and seeking that which is coming from a higher-dimensional plane, a broader consciousness. We especially love it when you are directing that reaching towards us, because then we get to be of service. We get to fulfill our mission. We want you all to know that you are fulfilling your mission just by being there on planet Earth and being awake. Now, that does not mean you will be free from opportunities to help and to serve with actions, with words, with some sort of comfort that you can provide one of your fellow human beings. You will always be given those opportunities, and you will be given the opportunities to help and to serve those who are most likely to respond well to what it is that you have to offer. Therefore, you do humanity another great service by being yourselves. Being right where you are on your path gives you the opportunity to help those who are lagging just a bit behind you on their paths. Therefore, you don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be like Yeshua or Buddha, or anyone else in order to be of service, in order to help those who are most likely to respond well to your energy, to your words, to your assistance. You also need to look at everything as it is in your life right now as being perfect, because your life, in the state that it is currently in, is giving you all the opportunities to grow that you could ever desire. In facing those challenges, you then have even more with which to help another because you will have faced your own challenges. You are doing this through the living of your lives, and we want you also to recognize that you living your life and being yourself is enough. It is enough of a contribution. However, as we said before, there will be opportunities, and we know that those of you who are receiving this message, who we lovingly refer to as ‘The Awakened Collective’ will answer the call. We know you will. We trust in your level of consciousness to that extent that we know you are ready, and we know that many of you have been looking for those opportunities. When there are no opportunities around in the moment to be of service, then look at your life and ask yourself if there’s something about your life that you could put some more energy towards, some more attention to, and do it. Because again, once you face a challenge that is right in front of you in your own life, then you have more to give to those who either are facing that challenge, or will face it, or have been refusing to face it in their own lives. Therefore, wherever you are on your journey right now, please know that you are in the perfect place, and you have everything that you need to be of service to others and to be yourselves more wholly and completely, and all you have to do is say, ‘Yes!’ To your life as it is in this moment. You have to pay your bills and taxes. You have to eat, sleep, and take care of your body. Many of you have children or animals, elders, or loved ones that depend on you. You don't always have the freedom to do as you wish in a given moment. You don't always have the freedom to buy what you want in a given moment. You don't always have the freedom to say what you want without living with the consequences. You can't always do everything you want all at once. In a sense, your 3D freedoms will always seem a little bit limited. However, you always have the capacity for spiritual freedom. You always have the capacity to choose love. You always have the capacity to look for the good. You always have the capacity to think your own thoughts, come to your own conclusions, and vibrate to the tune of your desired reality. Unless you make yourself a slave to ideologies, beliefs, or the demands of others, you are free in 5D. There are so many in the world who want you to believe as they do. Some are truly passionate about their beliefs and want to share them with others. Some are fearful or miserable and want you to keep them company in their fear or misery, by "co-miserating" with them. Some want to benefit by controlling your minds. There are whole industries that can either be helpful if you use them or rob you of your freedoms if you let them use you. There are whole industries that can be useful to the soul in their presentation of contrast, or detrimental to the soul if you allow them to drive you to fear and despair. There are so many things in life that can either harm or help depending on what you believe about them and how you choose to interact with them. Coffee for example, is comfort to some, medicine to others, and poison to yet another group of individuals. The medicines that saves one person can kill another. The television station that informs and amuses some people can inspire hatred or life-threatening anxiety in others. The challenge in your human existence is not to avoid life itself but rather to avoid worshipping false idols—to avoid giving your power to be happy or hateful, sick or well, anxious or secure—to the outer world. Instead, give that power to the Creator, who loves you with a love that is beyond any human reason or understanding. Give your power to be happy or hateful to the love that lives within you that will always choose the kinder reality. Give your power to be anxious or secure to the love in which you can always rest securely. Give your power to be sick or well to the one who created all systems and bodies in perfection and seeks always to bring them back into greater balance. We are not suggesting you withdraw from the world, throw away your televisions, or avoid Western medicine. We are suggesting that you prioritize a relationship with the Divine. It takes only minutes a day, if that, to say a few quick prayers. It takes only minutes a day to sit, breathe, and receive your Creator's love. It takes only seconds to stop when confused and say, "Ok, God, here are my objectives. What's next?" Dear ones, within you, you have the ultimate healer, helper, advisor, lover, guide, and assistant. Within you you have the power that creates worlds and keeps you breathing. Within you, you have the love that you seek in all things you desire and in all relationships you pursue. That love is there for the taking, waiting for you to believe and receive. And you are always free to receive that love. You are always free to allow that love to flow through you. Even when it appears nothing is going your way in 3D, you can stop, breathe, and receive the love that you so desperately crave to connect with, and in so doing, help, assistance, answer, and the next step will be available to you. Dear ones, you can't always have your way in 3D in a given moment, but you can always have the love that you crave and the freedom to vibrate in alignment with that or not in the 5D reality. Allow yourselves to receive this love. Allow yourself to turn to this love. Talk to the Divine as your best friend, for in truth, you can have no greater or more eternal friend. Rest in this, dear ones. You are truly free—free to believe as you wish, free to love, and free to be the person you want to be, even before life and the 3D world catch up with that reality. We are receiving all of your requests, and we recognize that you have many reasons to make those requests of us. We also are aware of the requests you make to your guides and your higher selves, to Source, and to anyone else who will listen, because we are so tapped in to the human collective consciousness at this point. We know that help is always on the way, and we also know that some of you are aware of the help that is on the way. Some of you also feel as though you are missing out on the help that is coming to you because of your asking and just because all of us in the higher realms like to help. We want to reassure you that we will always find a way. Your guides, your higher selves, your oversouls, and all the other beings who are responsible for the successful completion of this journey on planet Earth are also orchestrating events and circumstances in your lives so that one way or another you will receive the help that you have asked for, and even the help that you haven’t asked for yet. You see, you could not be more supported, and when you acknowledge that you have that support, it becomes easier for your support staff to do what they can and will do to help. This is why practices of gratitude and appreciation are so important. It is because in the thanking of those you have to thank, you are in acknowledgement of all the helpers and all the help you have. That acknowledgement relaxes you and opens up to receive. You may think, in very human terms, that if you are thankful then the benevolent beings will appreciate your thankfulness so much that they will give you more, but that’s not how it works here. That’s how it works there. All you have to do is surrender control and know that you don’t have to do it all, and you automatically begin receiving more help for whatever it is you are struggling with in your life experience. When well-meaning teachers and beings tell you to let go, they are not just telling you to let go of your attachments and to let go of your judgments, but rather they are also telling you to let go of this idea that you have to do it all yourselves and control everything. You are there for the ride, for the journey, and when you let go and surrender, you can sit back and enjoy the scenery a bit more. Recognize that often problems solve themselves and people show up out of the woodwork to be your hero, to be your angel in the flesh, and there wasn’t anything you could have possibly done to conjure that person up in your imagination, because you did not even know it was possible and did not even know they existed. But sometimes helpers will take physical form, because they will get that prompting to reach out to you or to offer their helping hand in your time of need. So you see, you don’t have to do it all yourselves, and you don’t have to figure it all out either, but when you do acknowledge that you have asked, that help is on the way, and that you have so many helpers around you, then you can receive, and you can receive so much more than you could possibly imagine. We will all continue to play our roles for all of you, and when you recognize that it is your role to experience and then receive help, you will begin to live a life of joy, freedom, and creativity. We are always surprised by what you are capable of there on Earth. We have noticed that you have had a spike in your overall vibration as a collective consciousness, and that spike is in fact due to how well you are handling all of the energies coming to you from above and below. When you make substantial progress like this, the extra-terrestrial beings in your skies do take notice. They are looking for those windows of opportunity to have more contact with all of you, and those of you who have been largely responsible for the spike are showing up more clearly on their radar screens. In other words, they’re going to connect with those of you who are offering a higher vibration first. They do that, not because they’re playing favorites, but because you demonstrate that you can handle higher-frequency energies, and then they know that you can stand face to face with them and handle their energy. You are of course also getting closer and closer to first contact because of this spike, but those of you who are on the leading edge, those of you who are awake, you are the ones leading the way. You are the ones who plant the seeds, and you pave the way for a group event for humanity involving extra-terrestrials. Now, we know that there are many of you who haven’t had conscious contact yet and who want it, and we suggest that you relax and that you let of attachment to having that experience. Here is why - even if you continue to let go of that which is lower vibrational and access that which is higher vibrational, the principles of manifestation are still relevant here. And so, you cannot be attached to having a face to face with an e.t. if you want to manifest that experience in your reality. You have to let go and live your life at the highest vibration that you possibly can. Again, demonstrate to them your readiness for contact, but also let go of that desire and let the universe and your higher self bring you the experience in the appropriate timing for you. It is okay to be eager and excited for your contact experiences, but if you are attached to them because you want to prove to someone else that they exist, or you want to prove to yourself that you are special enough to receive that contact, then you are only delaying the process, which is inevitable. It is inevitable that you will be standing face to face with e.t.s in this lifetime, but you want to enjoy the journey to that event. You want to relax into it, and you want to allow it to happen in the perfect timing for you as an individual and for humanity as a collective. You can always jump to a different timeline where the timing of humanity’s contact is sooner, but you can also jump to a different timeline where the timeline for humanity’s contact is later. So live your lives, and be in a state of joy, and don’t make that joy conditional, and you will be on that timeline where this event can happen for you and for the rest of humanity. You are doing so well in so many areas of your consciousness evolution, and while your eagerness and excitement for e.t. contact is beautiful, you also must demonstrate that you can live amongst your fellow humans as one who accepts, loves, and has compassion for each and every one of them. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. We notice you having your moments there of struggle, your moments of dissatisfaction, and we notice you when you are in those moments of despair, and we wonder how we can get through to you when you are having those moments. This is the type of challenge that you face in the twelfth dimension. How do you help? How do you get someone’s attention when they are so focused on the struggle, focused on the problem? We attempt to distract you. We might send a gentle but loving breeze, the sound of birds of singing. We might give you an idea that will sit in your energy field until you are ready for it, until you can open up to it. We still find ways to help and to get through to you eventually, but here is our encouragement for you in this transmission. The next time you find yourselves in a seemingly impossible situation, let go. Let go of the need to figure out what the solution is right then and there. Let go of your fear of that situation, your fear that it might get worse. Let go and let in what will come to you when you take a moment to relax, to be in a state of nonresistance, or better yet a state of joy, a state of fulfillment. You will have those experiences again no matter what you think is true in the moment of your struggle, of your despair. You need to somehow remember that your prayers are being answered and that you don’t have to do it all yourselves with your human hands and thoughts that can be perceived by your physical brain. You get to work with all the resources of this universe, and that is true no matter what the problem is. There is always a solution. There is always more potential for growth within every single problematic situation that you encounter, but you need to remember. You need to remember that it’s not all on you, and it’s certainly not on you in that moment to come up with the best possible approach to it. You need to trust in the bigger picture and in the bigger you in order to navigate through your life experiences with all of the power that you truly possess. You cannot rely on action and intellect alone, not anymore and especially not at this time of rapid-changing elements in your world, in your society. You would be so much better served by letting go of the need to prove to yourselves and others that you are good enough by doing it all yourselves. Instead, remember that you are just playing a game, and this is just your character in the game. And when you let go of the limitations faced by the character you are pretending to be, that’s when the creator of the game can step in and show you that there’s a way out of the situation that you are in, and it’s a beautiful way. It’s a better way, and it will make the creation of the problem itself seem like a very good idea when you get to it. That is something else to consider. Everything is leading to something better, no matter how it seems in the moment. It’s purpose for existing is to lead to something better, and yet you still have to surrender at times to it being just the way it is for those moments that you are experiencing it. And when you do, that’s when the solutions come flooding in. We are The Creators, and we love you very much

But when you take ownership of your creation and acknowledge that what you are creating today is much better than it was five hundred years ago, then you can experience the catapulting forward of your consciousness. It’s good to take credit and it’s good to take responsibility. Now, where you are moving into won’t be a surprise for most of you who are awake. You have already stepped into the galactic age, but you will be knowing yourself as a part of a galactic community soon enough. It is interesting to consider the idea of a veil, a point of separation between the physical and the nonphysical, especially when you consider that we are integrating at this time, integrating the nonphysical into the physical, the spiritual into the material. And the more you do so consciously and deliberately, the easier your life will be. We have been taking our sweet time in delivering to all of you the messages that contain the energies that will propel you into a deeper knowing of who you are. We know how much you can handle in any given moment, and we know the disadvantages to overwhelming you with energies and information, because we have done this before with other people on other planets in other star systems. We know that you are ready for the energies that we deliver to you by measuring how much you have absorbed and by how many of you have felt overwhelmed by us and what we are offering. We also know that you have your own helpers, your own guides, your own galactic teams, and your own relationships to Mother Earth and your sun. You are always encountering new evidence of your Divinity, of your true nature, but it doesn’t always stick. In other words, you don’t always get what is meant for you, and some of it goes over your head. Some of it bounces right off of you, while other bits and pieces just don’t make sense to your logical minds. To maximize your effectiveness as receptors of energy and information, we suggest that you do the following: relax and spend time doing nothing at all, listen to your favorite music, take a bath, get outside, and do what you love, even if what you love is something that you do inside. You want to give yourselves every possible opportunity to benefit from all the help you are getting, and we find that the two states that match receiving the best are the states of joy and the state of relaxation. You have many different ways of experiencing joy, and that is why we called it ‘the states of joy.’ You have bliss and you have ecstasy, for example. When you are relaxed, you can be a little relaxed or very relaxed, and what is relaxing for one person would be boring for another. You must be able to figure out for yourselves how to get into these states, and it also always serves you to just stop doing and stop thinking. You don’t always have to be accomplishing something or figuring something out in order to have a better life or earn your way into the fifth dimension or Heaven. Relax and take it easy on yourselves. Put things off that you don’t have to do today, and go easy on yourself for not crossing everything off of your list of things to do. Take regular breaks, and rely on inspiration and spontaneity to put you in the right place at the right time to maximize your effectiveness and the amount of time that you have to devote to certain projects. Also, remember that help is always on the way, and sometimes that help is physical and other times it’s nonphysical, but if you really want to benefit from all that we are giving you, then follow our advice. We are also speaking for your guides here; we are speaking for your higher selves and all of your helpers when we give you this, because they know what we know, and we are always working with them to reach you in the best possible ways that we can.
