1 Gorillas are the largest living primates, reaching a height of between 1.25-1.8 metres, and their weights range between 100-270 kg, and the arm extends up to 2.6 metres, depending on the type and gender. They tend to live in troops, with the leader named Silverback. Eastern gorillas are distinguished from western gorillas by darker fur color and some other minor morphological differences. Physical Description Gorillas have a strong, muscular body, with long arms and a broad chest. It has a large head with a broad face and a flat nose.
