Pipe broke under the tree and I had to have a new one put in.

Paint job going on

She needed a nap all day.

Our next rental is on its way to completion. We will soon have it ready and put a renter in the house.

Watching system set up behind our house for our garden. Just in case we have a hot and dry Texas summer and we need fresh water to keep our garden going.

This is the work, in progress on broadway. It’s unfinished but on the way there.

Paint and trim completed on Coe house

Crew came in to do the Sheetrock. They were awesome and worked very hard to get the work to the point it is right now. We are still searching for insulation guys.

Floor repair continued on the Denison house. We will be going all the way to get it right.
