I have been called "Professor Will @ Large" as a guest in a local pod cast.

This name has gained some traction as I have been digging deep into our local school board for the principles of transparency and traceability teaching transformation and trust.

All in effort to introduce and infuse some common-sense values, character and culture into a process that appears to have lost its way and enjoys flying under the radar screen.

Secrecy is the school board’s superpower, and exposure, its kryptonite. Our school board’s culture is key to the development of our children, parents and communities for this generation and generations to come.

Join me as I shine a light in the dark recesses of trustees, administrators, and politicians as the more we all expose and exploit the "problems" in the school board the better off our future will be.
