In this video I try to gather images of what I observed in the two months I was in Valencia, Venezuela. I could easily see the influence that the dark elite has in this region. I could also notice something that I had never experienced in that city before, and it was the heavy rains, every day it rained heavily, in some cases lasting almost all day with strong storms.
