Are team members not achieving like you'd expect or even want? Are things getting missed? In 2015, Amazon released the Amazon Firephone and it failed spectacularly costing the company hundreds of millions of dollars. People were aghast but Jeff Bezos' statement? When someone sends you a request for work, take the time to truly understand the issues and what they're asking for. Be sure to clarify the requirement with the client and determine what the true pain points are.
