My knowledge of options has enhanced my investment skills, increasing my income potential and making long-term investing more engaging. This tutorial aims to share the benefits of options in your investment journey, as I have experienced. I invest in the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) and the iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA), both managed by BlackRock, which track Bitcoin and Ethereum, respectively. Given the volatility of cryptocurrencies, using options can help hedge against risks and avoid poor trading decisions during price swings. I prefer IBIT over holding Bitcoin directly due to its strong liquidity in options trading, which is vital for executing effective strategies. Although ETHA has recently gained options trading approval, its liquidity remains suboptimal, and I will keep an eye on its development.
