Scap Loading Done Correctly✅
📌Scap loading should only occur in the throwing arm side because it supports more trunk energy to the ball. Scap loading glove side works against arm side by causing trunk to open early.

Triple Flexion to Triple Extension🔥
📌 You will not be able to optimize triple extension of the drive leg if you don’t know how to coordinate triple flexion optimally

❗️TRONCO CERRADO❗️

❌Extend Leg Falling ✅ Flex Leg Falling🔥
❌Extend Leg Falling out of leg lift reduces momentum and hip rotation. Poor sequencing of kinetic chain.
✅ Flex Leg Falling out of leg lift puts the drive leg in the optimal position to develop peak momentum and hip rotation into landing. Optimal sequencing of kinetic chain.

❌Wobbling Landing Foot ✅ Stable Landing Foot🔥
❌Wobbling Landing Foot is the result of late hip rotation at landing. The foot wobbles because the hips are still rotating.
✅ Stable Landing Foot is the result of an open hip position at landing which will support velocity and command.

🤖 TopV AI Horizontal Abduction Increase Velocity🔥
📌High velocity pitchers have a more dynamic kinetic chain driving energy from ground up which puts the arm more loaded in a horizontal abduction position.

❗️RELEASE POINT❗️
❌Negative Horizontal Abduction ✅ Positive Horizontal Abduction 🔥
❌Negative Horizontal Abduction is leading with the elbow and the TopV AI links this to low velocity pitchers.
✅ Positive Horizontal Abduction that isn’t excessive is more common with high velocity pitchers and is a product of a powerful kinetic chain.

🦶Foot Rotation Drives Hip Rotation🌀
📌High velocity pitchers gain a more open hip position at landing. This is driven by the rotation of the back foot. If your foot isn’t rotating then your hips are not either which is hurting velocity and ball spin.

❌Poor Foot Rotation ✅ Optimal Foot Rotation🔥
❌Poor Foot Rotation drives poor hip rotation. This will reduce the rotational energy moving up the body which has a big impact on ball velocity and spin.
✅ Optimal Foot Rotation drives optimal hip rotation which is essential to optimize the kinetic chain.

More Drive Leg Flexion Increases Velocity🔥
📌 this is more than likely the case because it takes a strong powerful athlete to get optimal drive leg flexion while moving down the mound and then to peak forces into triple extension.
