The main focus of this practice was to incorporate a modification of a dragon squat into my sets. In the past dragon squats have been very difficult to integrate due to them being flat footed. But I have modified it to where I’m on the ball of my foot, and focus more on the “kick out” than the squat itself. #dance #calisthenics #workout
