A road trip out to Marlin TX to look 1893 Queen Anne in pretty fantastic shape. Home is solid and square and was last updated in the 60s. It’s a double vintage with the house and the classic 60s updates. Marlin tx is a flippers dream, just 20 minutes from Waco with tons of Victorian homes just dying to be saved. Neighborhood is a mix of nice restored turn of the century homes and long forgotten ones just waiting for their turn.
