In this video, I show you how I install the leather, put the bottom in, make the hinges, cut the slot for the hinges, install them, and shave the back of the box to make the hinges disappear.

I took a piece of a pecan tree in our back yard, left it sitting for about five years and used it to make this test piece. I used my @CAMasterCNC to cut it rough and then detailed. The whole carve took about 4 1/2 hours. I still have some work to do but the first one turned out pretty well.

In this video, I take a piece of an old Heart Pine table and make it into a badge for our Sheriff. I believe our Sheriff deserves to have a backdrop for his photos and TV interviews. This badge is worn by all of his men and women as they go out and represent him in our community. He is the third generation Sheriff behind his Father and Grandfather. I used my CNC machine to do most of the work as it took almost 60 hours to cut this piece. It is 37 inches across.

Just a fun little carve of a Gator swimming through the water. I used cedar because it's softer and more forgiving.
