4/4/20 - In today's episode, I will be explaining all about my Life 9 Probiotic supplement which I now take daily to help support my digestive system and to boost my immune system so my body can operate as it was originally designed to. I have learned through trial and error, that I have too much bad bacteria in my stomach and my body does not have the ability to balance out the good and bad ratio of bacteria to help my digestive tract function as it should. With this new information, I have added this supplement to my daily routine so I can continue to balance out my body and get it back into homeostasis, as well as learning what foods and drinks are bad for my system and to remove those toxins from my diet - mainly diary and gluten foods, excess modified sugars, and unnatural caffeine beverages.

3/21/20 - So with this historic event which we are all experiencing, I have gotten a lot of questions as to what I think is going on. I have a few opinions, but I am also dealing with the surprise and unpredictability that this whole event has plopped into our mostly simple lives. Here is what I have heard, come across, and what views I have so far about all of this. I am still researching what Spirit is sending me and trying to decode it all, but I believe the main point is to stay calm and not in the fear state. This will help us all stay healthy and lesson the worry of the unknown. What I do know for certain is that this too shall pass and we will get through this as we have after every hardship and crisis throughout our human timeline. 12/28/19 - December 2019 Update on Mom's deteriorating health and strength, as well as noticing she is having falls almost daily now due to her not understanding that her legs are too weak to hold her up while her mind thinks she can, and her recent admittance into the Hospice inpatient care unit over in Cheektowaga, NY. She was classified as having acute delirium and has not been managing well with her recent pain meds. Here is all the info so far as we know it. I will keep you all updated as we learn more going forward.

12/26/19 - While visiting mom at the Hospice facility, I came upon his awesome fish tank in their family activity room. I love it! It even had Nemo and Dory in it!! Take a look!!

12/15/19 - Hello again. This is a update on the ailing health of my grandparents and what I have been experiencing with them daily. My grandmother's health has been deteriorating as her legs are constantly becoming weaker and weaker as the weeks go on and she is more and more frustrated with seeing her body decline as it is. This is what I have been tracking and noting as the days and weeks continue. I am afraid she will continue to decline if she doesn't stop and rest more now, but if you know her or have been following these updates, she never wants to listen to any advice when it comes to having to relinquish her control over anything.
