6/21/19 - Here is an update on my gluten intolerance and what I am understanding about my life and how I will be living going forward with this new knowledge.

6/20/19 - So here is what I believe I have to do to keep myself healthy and my body functioning at it's optimal performance. Gluten free, dairy free, and noticing I don't keep up with my health like I should. We are all human and make mistakes, but if we want to stay healthy, we have to hold ourselves accountable and do what we know will keep us healthy even if it is an inconvenience in the beginning. If we don't follow through with it or our plan of action to keep ourselves healthy, then we can only accept the consequences when our body starts to give us issues or shut down.

6/19/19 - Yesterday's Rheumatologist appointment findings further explained. Diet will play a key part in my health I believe in my future. This is what I have come to understand it all as. Take a look.

6/18/19 - What I just found out from my visit with my Rheumatologist and what they found out about my bloodwork. Change in diet very well could have caused these updated results.

6/16/19 - This is how I keep myself healthy and make sure my immune system is at or above the wellness line? I drink my daily 1oz of Ningxia Red Antioxidant Super Drink that is equivalent to having a whole plateful of fruits and vegetables as your main meal, plus drinking my Chi Black tea to keep me hydrated and my body dispelling all the toxins I come into contact with on a daily basis.

6/12/19 - Shadow Loves her Young Living Cat Treats! She can't get enough of them. She even likes to jump up to where I "hide" them on my book shelf. I think she is obsessed, lol. They must be that good! Shadow approves of Young Living's Cat Treats!

6/12/19 - Sometimes our hardships turn into life lessons and silver linings within our lives. Sometimes we end up manipulating our lives to "deal" with our hardships that we can't control and then inadvertently do more harm to ourselves because of how we end up changing to adapt to that situation. Sometimes when we "settle" for things, we cause more hardship to our own lives and experiences than we needed to go through. Stepping up and owning our truth is the best thing we can do for ourselves than ever settling for what we know we could do better and have better. Here is my take on what it is all about and how I found my own light again.

6/12/19 - Here is a beautiful rainstorm for you all to enjoy. It is one of the many rain storms we received this year from Mother Nature. I always love the smell of rain after a storm. It's so relaxing and calms my soul. There is a science behind it too. Go look it up if you don't believe me, lol. I will be right here waiting with this video when you come back to get your relaxation on.

6/12/19 - When I get overwhelmed by life and all the crazy ups and downs, choose to heal yourself with healthy means and habits. This is how we can clear out our negative energy from past karma and bring in more positivity by becoming more aware with a healthier body, mind, and spirit. It can be very hard in the beginning, but it is well worth it as your body adjusts and changes into a more healthy functioning vessel. This is what I do to recenter myself and collect my bearings so I can function in day -to-day life again. Cuz we all know that life doesn't stop just cuz we don't like what is going on around us, lol.

6/12/19 - Dealing with life struggles and situations can be hard and can inadvertently cause us to feel unnecessary guilt. This is another way for us to clear our own blockages, learn life lessons about free will, responsibilities, letting others take on their own life lessons, putting up boundaries, etc. This also helps us to learn ways of coping with our own issues around the challenging situations so we can own it, clear it, and move on to more positive actions and situations. This is my story.

What I have been noticing and experiencing in regards to this new development.

5/23/19 - Being able to let go of people and possessions that no longer serve us is one of the hardest and most beneficial things we can do to advance our lives and promote our highest good. Here is what happened to me when I gave back an item after a broken down friendship fell apart and I felt devastated.

5/30/19 - Here we have the yuck that I discovered underneath my grandmother's old microwave. I think this thing was never moved or cleaned underneath since it was placed there who knows how many years ago. So when it comes to chores like this, and my extreme sensitivity to toxic cleaning methods, I pull out my handy-dandy Thieves Household Cleaner Spray Bottle and go to work! I know it will get down to the bottom of the job, keep the counter sanitary and clean, leave it smelling amazing, and keep me from having an adverse reaction to the chemical fumes of other cleaning products on the market. Watch as it does it's job beautifully and effectively!!
